Dentist Office

What To Expect

We are committed to providing the highest quality of dental care. Our fees are based on what is customary for excellent dental care in this area, and we believe that these fees are fair compensation for the quality of the services we provide to our patients. We believe it is important for our patients to understand our financial policies before initiating any treatment.

In advance of any treatment, we will provide an estimate of the investment in your dental health, including what your insurance, if any, may cover. After your examination, diagnosis, and consultation, we will review our recommended treatment plan and estimated cost with you.

To make payment as convenient as possible for you, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Dental Benefits

Many of our patients have dental benefits. We encourage each of our patients to become familiar with the coverage they have. We work with most dental insurance plans and will be happy to bill your carrier directly. You will be asked to pay for what your insurer will not cover, if anything, on the day the services are provided. We bill your carrier directly for your convenience, but you are always responsible for the full charges for your dental service. You should be aware that most insurance plans do not cover certain types of dental treatment. Common examples of these treatments are cosmetic procedures, restoration procedures needed because of excessive wear on teeth, and procedures where the insurance companies believe a cheaper (not better) option is available.

We are happy to answer any questions you may have and discuss the fees associated with your treatment plan.
