Dr Billings and Dr Levy are a dynamic duo of geniuses! Their professionalism, excellence, and cheery yet calming personalities, make every visit a positive experience. I’ve been a patient of theirs for many years now. In addition to the preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures they have performed on me over the years, they have changed my life with a sleep apnea appliance that now keeps me safe and healthy. They are TMJ and sleep experts! They take care of my family of 4 and they are also a true family of professionals. In addition to being a father daughter team, many of the fantastic staff have been with them for 30 to 40 years! Their beautiful relationship and excellent communication makes for a seamless patient experience. They are a well oiled machine of an office. They also treat all of their patients like family. I’ve had experiences at other dentist offices in the past, when I wasn’t sure if the dental procedures being suggested were truly needed. With Dr. Billings and Dr. Levy’s conservative treatment approach, I can always trust that they are making the best decisions for me and my family. Dental assistants, Tammy and Missy, are fantastic and can often read the minds of their dentists and patients. Judy, Linda, the patient coordinators, and front desk staff, are all beyond knowledgeable and always have smiling faces. Dental hygienists, Renee and Suzette, make every child and adult feel comfortable and at ease in their chairs. I’ll never forget when one of my toddler daughters had their first big girl teeth cleaning. She didn’t want to exit Ms Suzette’s hygienist chair afterwards, she wanted ‘more’! Haha! I've been going to Doctor Terry Billings since 2014. My family and I have used many dentist over the years. No dentist will give you the care and treatment like doctor Terry, I travel a 180 miles just to be able to keep my appointment at Doctor Terry. One of the best dentists in Louisiana.
